So far in 2013, the Windmill Harbour Hilton Head community is boasting 36 homes sold, making 2013 the best year in 6 years for Windmill Harbour home sales. Last year in the first eight months there 24 sales; thus, this year so far has seen a 50% increase in the number of sales--and the year is not over yet!
