 Hilton Head Home Sales Pace  The race is heating up in Hilton Head Real Estate! Will 2013 turn out to be the best year for Hilton Head home sales in all of Hilton Head real estate history?

While it is impossible to say for certain, all of the expert Realtors at Hilton Head Real Estate Search feel that the time is ripe to break past records. Right now, the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton-Beaufort Multiple Listing Service's (MLS) best year in home sales was 2005; however, the first six months of 2013 are only 14 sales away from topping the 2005 numbers. Hilton Head Area SC Home Sales Best In 8 Years

I thought you'd be interested to know that the real estate market here is going crazy. Year to date, home sales in 2013 have been the best in 8 years! See chart below.

The best year in the history of real estate in America and in the Hilton Head area was 2005. This year is neck and neck with that pace. So far  we are only 18 home sales shy of the all-time record set in 2005!
