Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island Becomes Even More Desirable After $49M in Upgrades

Already a premier place to live on Hilton Head Island, Sea Pines Resort is about to become even more popular after some recent upgrades.

The resort just held the Grand Opening of the Plantation Golf Club Clubhouse – a $17 million investment. This elegant 23,000-square-foot facility will serve the Heron Point and Ocean golf courses and will also offer premier events for guests and residents.

Some of its features include the 2,000-square-foot Magnolia Room (a meeting and event space) as well as a 4,500-square-foot elevated outdoor porch.

And believe it or not – Plantation Golf Club is not the only improvement coming to Sea Pines, which is already the largest resort on Hilton Head Island with more than 5,500 acres.

Berkeley Hall Real Estate Market Successful in 2013

Belfair, SC Home Sales are the Best in History!

There has never been a better first 11 months in Belfair home sales in the community's history! During this time, 31 homes in the Belfair area have sold at a median price of $575,000. The 31 homes sold is a new record for any January through November period in the history of the Multiple Listing Service's reported data. Port Royal Plantation Home Sales are up 68 Percent!

Home sales in Port Royal Plantation on Hilton Head Island, SC are booming! In the first eleven months of 2013, 67 Port Royal Plantation homes have sold at a median price of $590,000. The 67 homes that have sold are the highest number of sales in Port Royal Plantation over the first eleven months of any year since 2007. This is 27 more homes than were sold in the same time period last year, an increase of 67.5 percent!
