This review is in regards to Realtor Ken Hiatt with the Turner/Rudd Team. Ken was introduced to us in 2010 when we visited Hilton Head and were looking for property. We had previously looked at homes with another Realtor. We had spent most of a week with Ken reviewing lot and homes. At the end of our visit we had not yet found the perfect lot. Ken called us within a week of returning home to inform us that there was a property that was a new listing and we should see it. We planned for a long weekend to review the property. Knowing we had limited time, Ken had everything in place that we needed when we arrived. Once we decided to purchase the property, Ken took care of all details in a timely manner. His negotation skills are second to none. Once all details were worked out, the closing would take place the week of Christmas. Our jobs require us to work very long hours that time of year. With that said, Ken worked with us and he made the closing stress free. Ken has knowledge, intregrity and honesty that are traits which make him an outstanding businessman as well as a great person. We would recommend Ken to anyone wanting to purchase a home or property. He made a stressful situation a very happy and confident one for us.
