Marcia Hunter

Marcia Hunter is a Buyer's Agent, Real Estate professional with the Turner Rudd Team. Passionate about offering a level of personal service and market knowledge at all price points that her clients rave about.

Marcia’s career in real estate started in Northeastern Ohio where she was consistently awarded honors in the President's Sales Club and sales recognition from local and National Home Builders Associations. Marcia also served as a Corporate Relocation Specialist for several Fortune 500 Companies located in the Akron/Canton/Cleveland area of Ohio. She was also a member of the sales team for a prestigious Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course Community.

After years of vacationing on Hilton Head Island Marcia & her husband Richard (Dick) relocated to Hilton Head in 2001. She joined the Sea Pines Real Estate Co. then Gateway Realty and the Turner Rudd Team. Her team in 2015 founded an international real estate firm in the local market, growing it from #144 in sales volume to #9 in 3 years. In 2018 the Turner Rudd Team was honored to be invited to join Charter One Realty, the #1 real estate company in the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton area. Without a doubt Charter One’s unsurpassed information technologies and access to properties for sale but not yet on the market will help the Team provide even better service to their clients.
